Shipping Info And Return Policy

We
ship using USPS and UPS as our shipping carriers. Customers can select their preferred shipping method during checkout. By default, we will select the lowest-cost option based on the specific items being ordered.

We typically ship out orders within 1-2 business days of purchase. It may take longer to prepare some shipments, particularly ones involving larger or more fragile items. Usually we can get orders placed before 1:00pm PST shipped the same day.

If you want to get the estimated shipping cost for an item or combination of items you can add them to your shopping cart with the "Buy Now" button and then use the "Calculate Shipping" button in the shopping cart.

We provide an estimated delivery time in number of business days. This is an estimate based off of delivery times provided by the carriers. These estimated times may be affected by factors outside of our control (postal delays, weather, etc). In particular, international delivery times can be very unpredictable. Thus we can not guarantee a delivery date ourselves for any packages shipped. That said, the vast majority of shipments (95%+) arrive within the estimated delivery window. Shipping Insurance


It is an unfortunate reality of shipping that occasionally/rarely a package goes missing or is damaged in transit. We take great pride in our ability to pack items and get them to their destination intact, but unfortunately there are occasionally circumstances beyond our control (packages run over by a mail truck, etc).

It is extremely difficult and time-consuming to get shipping companies (USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc) to pay out on insurance claims even when they are clearly at fault, so we "self insure" shipments. A premium is added to the shipping cost to cover the cost of self insurance. This premium is currently set to 0.75% of the total order value.

For the purposes of considering a package lost in transit and eligible for refunds, a 30 business day timeframe is used for domestic shipments and 60 days for international. We can usually work with customers to provide a solution (replacement items, etc) prior to this time frame if the package does appear to be lost.

Return & Refund Policy


We offer a 30 day return policy (from the date of purchase) on all items that we sell. Items may be returned for any reason for a refund.

  • We can NOT refund shipping costs or credit card processing fees (approximately 3%) UNLESS the return is made due to an error on our part or loss/damage during shipping. Credit card processors have recently stopped refunding the fees we have paid to them when we issue a refund. This can be quite costly for us. If you chose to take the refund as store credit we can include the credit card processing fees in the amount.

  • Refunds will be issued when the returned item has been received.

  • The 30 day return policy is in addition to our authenticity guarantee that we offer.


  • Order Cancellation Policy



    If you wish to cancel an order you have placed with us prior to shipping please contact us at [email protected] or via our phone number (866.550.2013). In the event of an order cancelation we will issue a refund via the payment method used to place the order or provide store credit. As with returns we unfortunately can not refund credit card processing fees (about 3%) unless the refund is taken as store credit.
