2.5" Thomsonite (Zeolite) On Stilbite - India

This is a beautiful 2.5" long specimen of the zeolite Thomsonite from the Maharashtra province of India. Thomsonite is one of the rarest zeolites found in the volcanic rocks in the area. The fuzzy aggregations of thomsonite are on this specimen are surrounded by protrusions of stilbite crystals.
