Lot: 23 Lbs Polished Carnelian Agate - 17 Pieces

This is a wholesale flat of 17 polished Carnelian stones from Madagascar. They is a variety in size between the pieces ranging from 3" to 6" wide, with majority being about 2.5" thick. Carnelian which is a reddish variety of Chalcedony colored by impurities of iron oxide. The color can vary greatly, ranging from pale orange to an intense almost-black coloration.

The whole lot weighs 23 pounds. At this wholesale price each comes out to almost $10 a piece. Typically these can retail for several times the wholesale price.
