1.55" Ordovician Starfish (Petraster?) Fossil - Morocco

This is a 1.55" wide, Ordovician aged starfish (Petraster?) from the Tioririne Formation near Kaid rami, Morocco. The orange coloration is natural and due to the oxidization of iron pyrite. There is a second, partial starfish fossil on the rock.

It comes with an acrylic display stand.
